Since I've eatin my fill of Mad Max Turkey already this season ...(yes, I ate the entire turkey you may have seen Max prepare on the videos ) .. I decided to try "spatchcocking" my bird this year. Here's the pic of it ready to go on. 14 lb bird "they tell me" will take only 1 3/4 hours at 400 degrees ..we shall see... more later.

We have a Tasty Licks "Traditional Turkey" rub that we use on all the Turkeys of course! You can also use our "Savory Poultry" ...that one is my Mom's recipe!
