    Hey Pato!
For some reason I can't browse my photos in photoshop without crashing right now.

But tell your friend that 5 or 6 of my buddies and I take the eggs out to the high country in West Virginia in February, and basically cook for 4 days and eat hot food while sucking in all the cool scenery. Snow covered spruce trees, frozen waterfalls....that kinda stuff. Woo has some photos if he happens to see this.

Anyways, we cooked on the eggs all weekend, and the coldest it got was 20F below zero.

Where do you think they got the term "happy campers"?
Is it getting cold down there now? Like 45F?

Cheers, and hope to hear a report on the restaurant soon!

I'm not in the pic - I'm taking it. This was somewhere between Jan - March. I went to check on the ribs and there were a bunch of seagulls in our back yard. A bald eagle swooped out of the trees & grabbed one right as I snapped the pic.
It makes me laugh every time.

  • Hmm...I just found out I don't have any pictures of me cooking out in the winter!

I really love to cook out in the winter! Settin' out by the Egg, drink in hand, feet up, sun going down, sky changing colors, stars coming out, delicious smell wafting in the frigid air...good times, good times.
