I see his 20# took 7.5 hrs. Any estimate on a 14 - 16 lb. bird. Hrs or mins/lb?

12-15 minutes per pound. Use the time as a guideline. Use your thermometer not your watch.

I know, i know. Just wanted to get a idea if I was going to to have to get up at 4am or 7, lol. :laugh:

Kind of depends on when you want to eat the bird. Get ready for next saturday as it could get ugly.
