I like a good cheeseburger, and I like yours Steven

Looks great Steven. Why cheese melted in one but not other?

Steve,
I'll get past bacon and cheese some day. Hope it's soon.
Those burgers would make even Matt's in south Minneapolis look twice. Matt's supposedly came up with the Jucy Lucy. -
Sometimes I forget how good stuffed burgers are, and then you remind me. Thanks buddy!
-
Steven,
That looks like one great 3 napkin meal.

Ron,
The cheese in mine was parmesan and romano, both pretty dry cheese. Maybe too much stuff in there too.

Adam,
I had never heard of a stuffed burger until Reelgem asked me for an idea for an Iron Chef thing. I suggested that to her and then thought "why not try it?"
Really like them now.

Pat,
Thanks,
The granite is unique. The Indian gentleman who sold it to me it was from a single cliff in the punjab region and no one in North America would have the same one.
