Make Ahead Turkey Gravy?

Hi, am going to do Max's Turkey...Will be making it a Day ahead, then warming...so my question is for making the gravy--Can I make the RUE a day ahead, refrigerate it, then on Thanksgiving, make the gravy? will that work? I don't want to lose the crud in the turkey pan & wasnt sure how to save that stuff! Thanks for your help!
