Can't find a guide to different cuts of meat

While lurking on the forum I saw somebody had a link to a guide on different cuts of meat. I made a mental note to look at the link, then, before looking at the link, I emptied my head when I went to sleep. Anybody know where I can find that link? Yes, I tried the search but to no avail.

google cuts of meat,,, you can narrow search from there more info than you will ever need..
let me know.... if you want i have a link on the desk top to a university site where they disect cow like human gross anatomy with flash and video ,,
usda has a wealth of info -
google 'meat chart' as well
and then let me know why lifter meat is so tough -
I have one started with charts for beef pork and lamb as well as some meat lore. My first how-to for breking down a beef tenderloin is there.... It still has a ways to go. I'll eventually move in to some how-to's for cutting meat, filleting fish etc.

Nice piece of work. If I can ever so humbly suggest that next to the pictures of the animals some commentary on where to find the cuts we know and love are, Tri-Tip, Flap, Skirt etc. would be very good.
