Could use some advice on a whole 30# pig
I am a veteran egger and feel pretty comfortable doing bbq on the egg. However, I am taking on a new feat. I am going to smoke a 30 pound whole pig on a drum smoker. Does anyone have any advice on that? How long should I cook it? Where do I take the temp? Can I get her done in 10 hours? Or is this an overnighter? Do I use lump coal or brickettes?
