Which Pig to use?

I am looking for suggestions on which DP product to use on chicken wings. This is my first time using DP on anything. I am finally putting all the sample packets to use that I collected at Eggtoberfest.

My family doesn't like 'em hot so I use Tsunami spin or shakin the tree.

Check it out. FYI I thought for an all around good mix of mild heat and sweetness the Jamaican Firewalk. All in all I did this with sauce and with out. I like them done raised direct 400* crispy but not over done. Tim

swamp venom and tsunami are great, make both.

i would probably save the tsunami for a spatchcocked bird

Saturday I did some wings with Shaking the Tree...pretty good I must say.

I while back I made some wings with Swamp Venom, then sauced them with Habanero/Mango wing sauce and Parmesan Garlic sauce (both bought at Buffalo Wild Wings Rest.). Everybody complained they were too hot to eat!

So now I don't use a hot rub and a hot sauce combo! Lesson learned!

Usually use Shaking' The Tree (lemon pepper with a twist) or even Pineapple Head and sauce with Carnivore Robust - back on the egg for a few minutes - everyone is MUCH happier! :woohoo:
