Got a T Bone for me and a strip for my wife. Gave the TREX another try.
EVOO and Montreal Steak Spice.
90 sec a side, rest and back on @ 400 untill my Wifes was 130. Mine was medium rare.
Finished product with Rotini Alfredo and Mushrooms

I would of like a little bit more cook on mine but it was like butter :laugh: I loved it!
