Any of you that live in the Atlanta area that have not been to one of the Big Green Egg Academy classes are missing out. The Info is Great. Bobby and his great group of folks do a great job with the class and the food is always out of sight. I have been to most of the classes and I'm seeing a lot of folks taking them a second time.
Last night Bobby was on his best behavior because his Mom was in the class. A few weeks ago in the Cajun Class he turned loose some of his Grandmother's secrets. Daddy Pat, who is from down in Cajun Country,was quick to say that info was new to him but he sure was ready to use it.

Hey you and the Philly are one of the priviledged few who got to see the Big Green Egg Academy fest version.
It's similar to that just longer, with a lot more folks and food. I have to say that Friday night mini class at Oswego was definitley one of my favorite moments of the whole year. -
As I recall the Filly was a participant. -RP
