Stuffing for flounder

Good morning all,
I plan on cooking stuffed flounder this weekend on the egg. Does anyone have a good receipe for crab meat and shrimp stuffing. How to mix them and what to mix with them to make a good quality stuffing mixture. Any help would be appreciated. How long to cook fish with the stuffing? Thanks for any help.

I would think that Max's crab cake recipe would make a great stuffing for flounder. I think Chris has it on the DP web site.[p]Jim

We used ot use lump crab and shrimp mixed together with a little spicy mayo; another take on it is to coarsely grind it all together as if starting a crabcake. Have fun.

This stuffing would be good in flounder.

La Redneck,[p]You bet your bippy. Normally use this with salmon but it works well with halibut and sole and I'm sure flounder would be great with it:[p]Equal parts (in weight) crab, shrimp and brie cheese with the rind removed. Add enough mayo to emulsify and give it a 'spread' texture. Dill, salt and pepper to taste.[p]If you have enough for leftovers this works great to stuff mushrooms with a little parm reg grated over them.[p]Todd
