My wife and I are new BGE retailors in the beautiful town of Westport Ontario Canada.Our first experience was cooking a 15lb turkey,being a large dumb male I didn't read the instructions completely and just jumped in.It was incredible!My first truly "SPIRITUAL" eggsperiance however was today,a 4 and a half min. T-Bone.HOLY COW!!!!!!!!!

    Jim[p]Welcome. Read the cook book with a grain of salt until they revise it. Check out the new video. Check out the links to Eggfest in Atlanta (october 1999) and check out the link to eggfest in Waldorf (this weekend). Check th forum and archives for additional info. Try prime rib on the Egg. You won't eat it any other way.

    <p />Jim, the BGE is a great product and I have had a lot of fun over the last 6 months – BBQ has never been more fun and the end result has never tasted better. As you start to sell your product, the best sales people that you have are right here on the forum – merely point your customers in the right direction. [p]In addition, there are a few private sites BBQ sites that are also dedicated to the BGE. If you haven’t already done so, check out Tim M’s site at http://www.c21virginia.com/ebay/bbq.htm or mine at http://yyyz.net/bge - sometimes a picture and 3rd party influence can do wonders.
