I am trying to get some insite on how to egg a venison ham
if anyone out there has any eggsperiance I would certainly be grateful
I dont even know where to start with this stuff.
Is it a low and slow cook like pork or brisket or a hot and fast like a beef roast does it need to marinate or just rub and cook??
