Just wondering what kind of gloves people are using, if anything, for handling hot food off the egg and/or pulling pork. I have Orka mitts and Ove-Gloves for grabbing grates, plate setters etc. but I am looking for something that would be easier to clean and maybe food grade. Thanks in advance.

I use some industrial chemical handling gloves I bought at Ace Hardware. They work well for lifting falling apart butts. -RP

If you have any restaurant supply places around you they'll have them.

I use the 12" version of these, and they work great!
