Bordello, this is for you...

But first the story.

Remember when HornHonk mentioned there was a 'nice' restaurant next to the Southfork Hotel in Plano, Texas? Well, he was right. The food was delicious and the views from our table simply 'outstanding.'

And it became increasingly clear as to why the restaurant was called "Twin Peaks."

Take a look and see if you can pick up the clues...

Ariel, a delightful creature who served ample portions of food, beer and smiles, was our visual tourguide through the many valley's and hills in the immediate area. You would like her.

There was also music to stimulate the senses.

Now you know there are other places you can visit where the local natives are well adapted to their environment.

You're welcome.

  • Looks like an optical illusion...

If you stare at the picture, you will see that there's a deer head mounted on the wall.

    :woohoo:
  • Oh ! There's something in the pic besides the deer head!
  • When I get the age of the Chicken and have been married as long as he has, then maybe my wife will "allow" us to go to restaurants like that. ;) :silly: :woohoo: In the meantime, I guess I will have to settle for Spring Chicken and Bordello's photographic journalism..... :woohoo: :woohoo:

Well, I for one am thoroughly disgusted. What is this forum coming to, I might ask?

I might, but I won't. Do you have any more pictures of that deer head so I can determine if I should be completely disgusted, or just thoroughly disgusted? Pleeeze...

    :woohoo: Great job Leroy,
Nice to know you're thinking of me. Glad you had some great views and tours.

The ample portions look absolutely beautiful, wish I had some to sample. :woohoo:

And to tour the peak and valleys I can only guess what fun that must be. :silly:

    Thank so much,

Will do my best. The pub is doing another pig roast, the last one I got in trouble for the pictures I posted and no, they were not all of the pig. :woohoo:

  • Spring Chicken had a tough time actually eating due to the drool (with food) on the sides of his mouth

now that's a picture worth posting!!
  • That's only 92% true. Some of that 'drool' was tears.
