THIS WEEKEND'S COOKS: Chicken and Ribs

Some cooks from this weekend. Since the kids usually end up with the drumsticks when we eat chicken, I decided to just go ahead and get a whole tray so that everyone can have some, too. I started out by browning them direct:
Here are the others, waiting to be cooked. I used DP Redeye Express, Shaking the Tree, and some Alamo Salt Works Southwestern seasoning:
First batch out for the little ones:
Did these baby backs for dinner:
Sorry, had to cut some for mama to take to work tonight. I've got some smoked sausage from Louisiana in the background (Savoie's pork/hot)
Back to the game in progress now...

Using my two favorite rubs - JH Pecan and DD are my favorites on ribs. First reference to Savoie's that I've seen on the forum - they make some a nice sausage.
