blackened redfish filets

best blackened fish i've ever had

cast iron skillet on egg 550-600 for 35 minutes

dragged both filets through melted butter then caked them in a cajun black seasoning...poured more melted butter in the skillet...seconds later threw the fish in the pan. 1 min 45 sec per side then took off...served with sauteed baby bok choy and pasta alfredo.
