Late in posting but there was waaayyyy too much partying this weekend.

Did about 40 or so chicken legs since they're great "finger" food to eat around the bonfire. I brined them in salt and orange juice so I could put them on for a long cook and not worry. They were fantastic.

Also did a bloody hand meat loaf inspired by some of the pics Rascal posted. Kids thought that was really neat and were fighting over who got to cut off the fingers first.

Most of the legs. Those racks are a real help.
