this is just some chopped apples a little brown sugar some cinnamon and about 1/2 tsp of corn starch to thicken. I would usually put nuts and crasins in it but did not have any :(

hey Bill, no parchment paper. I was not sure if there was any drips from the Rubens that just came off the stone so I used that i=under it to make sure I did not get sour kraut on the bottom lol
