As some know....I am a new "Egger". I've seen some great lloking cooks here and am looking forward to trying some things I've learned here.



But, I'm also looking forwrd to cooking some things that I am used to cooking "pre-egg"

1) Blackened ribeye
2) Redfish on the half shell
3) wrapped/stuffed dove
4) grilled mallard
