Having a bunch of the neighbors over for a pre-Halloween party, firepit/cigars and cookoff. I dusted off the old Weber kettle and letting a few guys use the gas grill, and if they dare to try the BGE it's lit and ready. My entries will be Wise's GA Red Wings (adapted with chipotles in the marinade and a honey-chipotle finishing sauce) and a tri-tip rubbed with Spade-L Ranch. Will post more later -
