Based on an online discussion which evolved into a friendly debate, a Pizza throwdown may be in the works for early next year. I'm not sure I want a part of it but Large Marge ansd I came up with the idea of having a "Pizza" themed gathering within the next few weeks. The date and venu have not been decided. It will be somewhere North of Atlanta, and will feature various styles including Chicago Deep Dish.
Please respond or shoot me an email if interested in joining in the fun. It is not limited to NGE but we will be sponsoring the event. Wait, does that require money? OK, NGE has nothing to do with this event.

How FAR north of Atlanta?

LOL I would love to have something up here. we could hold 100 - 125 or so at the studio and I have one LG egg there and about 8 others I could get there no problem with family and friends lol I really need to give this some thought...........

We were thinking of an outdoor venue with a fire pit. Large Marge knows of a place, or we might could secure &/or reserve a local picnic area. Unfortunately I am unable to host another event currently since moving to my condo, at least not one of significant size.
Do you have any free weekends coming up soon Kim? You seem to be very proficient at pizza and we love to hang out with Ginny. -

Sometime in the spring for a throwdown sounds like a good idea to me.
My suggestion is for a pizza themed gathering in "North Georgia", per my original post above.
I am open to whatever everyone else wants to do. I enjoy hanging with my egghead friends and hate to wait too long to do it again. -
