Sams Club had beef shortribs cut across the bone in strips about 3 bones long and about 1/2" thick. Anyone ever done these? Ideas?

ive never made it with the ribs, but have with thin sliced ribeye and thin sliced eyeround, quick hot stirfry in the wok, really good eats
