Thanks everyone for the comments! Here's my recipe or should I say my "construction method"!

    In order:

    ROMA brand thin crust
1.5 Tb Pizza Pizza Olive Oil (I buy it online)
1.5 tea chopped garlic (equivalent to 3 cloves)
pizza sauce that I make from scratch in large batches twice a year and freeze into individual packets
1 piece of hickory smoked bacon cut into small pieces (I smoke a pound at a time, stack them and freeze)
1/3 lb of Italian sausage browned separately (which I hit with garlic salt and fresh ground pepper during the browning)
4 oz of fresh Mozzarella cheese that I slice using an egg slicer to get uniformity
2 slices of Munster cheese each cut into 16 pieces
2 slices of Havarti cheese each cut into 16 pieces
1/2 cup raw onion pieces (long, not diced)
1/2 cup raw green pepper pieces (long, not diced)
freshly grated Romano cheese - about 1 cup and a smig
1 raw white mushroom sliced into about 10 to 12 pieces
    sliced black olives
quartered cherry tomatoes on my half
freshly grated Asiago cheese - about 3/4 cup
a couple good dashes of garlic salt
