Really worth it? have read the archieves, but still can't decide. I know my shirts would be happier.....

I find it works but it isn't fast.
It is designed to do the task but you need to watch the gas flow - full warp often blows it out.
Direct heat with an invertable torch requires a little patience but works too.
Many on here like the oiled paper napkin approach but I find that hard to get to work with my Medium -
I have heard of this but how much napkin and how much oil??

I use it all the time. Like it and glad I bought it. I usually light in three places and it takes maybe 10 minutes total, probably less.

We have owned one for a few years. Works great but you do have to move it around..A weed burned from Harbor Freight with lighter is around $25. i think it works much better than the golf club.
