Stoker-do they ever respond?

I have been calling and emailing Rock's BBQ since last week trying to order a Stocker with no success, is anybody else having this problem? Are they still in business?

Call the Digi Q guys they are always prompt and return calls. and also have a great product.

I was in your exact same boat a few months ago.
It's real frustrating to have to try to give your money to someone...but if you want that ethernet port on your temp controller...I think that's what you have to do.
Call and call and call.
When I ordered mine...he was having supply problems on one particular component. That didn't come out until I finally got him on the phone...then he finally shipped after his second promise that he was going to ship.
Don't know what to say...just my experience. -
I've had problems contacting them before. Though I am really happy with the capabilities of my Stoker...It is a great product and just wish they were a bit more responsive. I'm still extremely happy.

I ordered my Stoker 2 days ago, after several e-mail messages between the Stoker folks and myself.
Try e-mailing the customer service email address.

I had trouble getting ahold of them too, but finally I got answer. 2 weeks after ordering, it arrived, and I wouldnt give it up for the world.

I got a hold of them today, he promised me I would have it by saturday, lets see!

Let us know if you get it by Saturday. I ordered mine on October 12th, and according to their website, it has yet to be shipped.
