Stacy, Thanks and good question, it was good but could be better if I cooked a tad longer. I was running late, pulled at 160 breast and 180 thigh, but carved too soon.

Thanks Michael, it went much smoother than last year when I naively tried to spread the butter paste evenly
The spider/stone setup for indirect also allowed lots of headroom.
