We have been hit hard by the travel bug, the bug bug and the computer bug. I have been lurking on my Blackberry. I am not sure my computer will make it much past this post before I convince the man to buy me a new one. Thanks to all who have checked on me-it means so much. Looking forward to the Eggfest-Judy Mayberry is coming here to stay with us and we cannot wait. I have been taking pictures of some of my cooks in my absence-not nearly all of them. I have missed being able to participate and all of this bug business has interrupted my quest for a Bubba Tim Thumbs up. Can't wait to put names to faces at the Eggfest!

The pork shoulder is the "Awesome Cuban Picnic" on the recipe side. It is delicious. There is meatloaf, of course, and ribs. I think the ribs were my best ever-the man said so-and I think it was because I did it simple. I still have not figured out how to get words with pictures....

Stacy dear:

All you have to do is hit 'Return' for a couple of line spaces after the first picture, and then put in the text. Then another Return or two and put in the next picture from Photobucket. At least that's how I do it on the Mac.

Missing the Fest this year as Jana is running in a local, inaugural whole marathon Saturday morning. (I think I will sneak off to a nearby KCBS competition - so long as I make it back to the Finish Line in time - Shhh).
