Tonight's Osso bucco

I did my first Osso bucco on the egg today, here are some pics :

4 veal shank
Flour
EVO & Butter
2 carrots
2 onions
2 cups of dry white wine
1 can of italian diced tomato
4 cups of chicken broth
Basil, Sage, Oregano, salt and pepper.
Roll the veal shanks in flour
Cook the shanks on high in evo and butter
Take the shanks out and reserve.
In the same evo/butter, put the onions and carrots and cook for 3-4 min.
Add the wine, broth, basil sage, oregano, salt and peper and let it boil until ebullition.
Add back the shanks and cook for 3 1/2 hours at 350 dome temp.
As For the pasta, any pasta will do, jus add fresh lemon juice to taste and a lot of fresh Parmigiano Regiano.
Very simple but soooo goood !
