How would you Egg a piece of sirloin l l/2 inches thick on the BGE? Temp? setup? Marinade or not? Thanks.[p]Ray Price

    go to www.nakedwhiz.com and look at the T-Rex method....works excellent and tells you how to get the egg up to temp

    Put some salt and pepper, Slice some garlic and stuff slivers in the steak (play hide the garlic).[p]600 degrees, 3 minutes each side then kill the air on top and bottom for 3 more minutes. Take it off and cut in in about 5 minutes. Best steak I've ever had.
