Vidalia1's Garlic Taters and Blackened Mahi Mahi

Kim's garlic roast taters looked so good, that I had to make them tonight. I cooked them inside, because the grill was a little too hot, for the blackened Mahi Mahi.

    The blackened fish is always good, but the idea for the taters was really good.
