#2 son is 22. He loves the same food as I do.
Shanks rubbed with garlic, olive oil, sea salt, pepper, parsley and rosemary blended
Gettin a little crowded in my little patch o paridise
Some mirepoix gettin all shoogily
some stuff to keep the lamb out of the braise. Braise is chicken stock red, wine and some Warre's 1985 port.

Will do! I was going to go with two braises. The other was gonna be cinnamon, allspice, clove and olives but I managed to cram everything into the tajine.

Thanks. Highly reccommended cook. The tajine really doesn't do anything for the dish. You have to watch too cause some tajines aren't rated for the heat.

Thanks. The tajine isn't any different than an enamalled dutch oven as far as results go. I was being facetious about the eggs. That is the driveway in front of the garage, the only spot outside the house that is useable right now.
