Prime Rib
4 lb rib roast. Indirect at 350* dome for about 2 hrs. Pulled at 125*, rested for 10-15 minutes. My first prime rib cook... not my last!
Oh, and Michelle... unlike the pizza, these pics ARE mine.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
