Howdy folks...[p]Got a big cook going on tonight, having another long time egger of 20 years over. We're putting on some shark, gulf shrimp, tri-tip and criminy mushrooms. Using a teriaki based marinade for the tri-tip and a Caribbean type jerk for the shrimp, but my wife is asking me to post to see if anyone has a good recipe for shark, but I would like to hear your thoughts or suggestions for any of my other entrees...[p]We're also cooking mussles in the wok, are they eggable?[p]Gare-Dog Fireboy out...
