Smokey----see where you did a fresh ham a while back---roughly how long per pound did yours take? Mine's a 13 pounder and trying to figure when to have all hunker down for dinner. Man----that's a lot of ham....

kona tim,[p]The ham I smoked was about a 6.5 lber (bone in). I don't remember time/pound, I used a polder thermometer (internal temp of 165* if I remember correctly). My guess is about 1 -1.5 hours per lb. I just smoked a 6.5 lb boston butt and it took about 16 hours.[p]Good smokin' her. Let us know about the results.[p]Smokey
