AZRP's "The Chicken"

Just polished off a leg quarter that I did yesterday using AZRP's recipe for "The Chicken"..

This to me is the perfect chicken recipe because I like leg quarters, spiciness, and juiciness. It is the easiest recipe to make and follow, and has become myself and my teenage boys favorite. This was my 4th time making it and we have loved it everytime.

If you haven't tried it you are missing out!!

One question on the recipe. Do the veggies come off the egg at the same time (90 min.) as the chicken? Or do they keep cooking while the chicken is in the cooler? I will give this a try soon.
