Big day on the BGE! thought I'd share some pics.
I started the day with a spatchcock chicken, old bay, and apple wood chips. it was great
Then I tried out my new pizza stone. I took Fearless Grill's advice i made three great tasting pizzas. I bought dough from the local pizza shop. I obviously didn't get the air bubbles out. could someone give me some dough rolling advice.
Oh,and it rained while I cooked my pizzas. that made it so much easier.
