Here they are as I tucked them in for the night. Had the dome at 210 when I went to bed and woke up to them around 195, a quick shot with my poor mans DIGI-Q (aka-old hair dryer) and she is back cooking at 225. should be a 16 hour cook or so

Looks good, I'm doing 4 tonight and I just did over 50 lbs. two weeks ago. The stuff is hard to beat.
