Hey oh great ones,
I am going to smoke a 29 lb turkey this Thanksgiving. A big frozen Butterball. To date the biggest I've smoked is a 15 pounder. It came out great! Are there any words of wisdom you can impart to me? Other than I'm crazy. I'm thinking you may have some experience you can share that can prevent a less than great result.
