Kaye is going to fix this salad tonight to go with the shrimp stuffed chicken breast i'm cooking ,served on a bed of wild rice.The salad is also called the Green Jacket Salad,try it,i think you will like it.[p]1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1 tomato,chopped
2 teaspoons green onion tops
2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
1 medium head lettuce,torn or chopped in small pieces
toasted pita bread chips[p]Mix all ingredients,except lettuce.Add chopped lettuce and toss.Toss with toasted pita bread chips,eat and enjoy.
