Saints game today, CRAZY watching Football when it's 92 degrees outside. Oh well.
Pitted the dates and stuffed with Fontina cheese and wrapped with bacon. Indirect at 250 for about an hour then I cranked it up to about 280 for a few minutes to crisp up the bacon.
Sweet, salty and smokey bacon!!
