The level does not matter and time is just a few minutes per side to your liking. The rest was answered in your previous post

Lite ur egg first. :evil: Try something, if it doesn't work it doesn't work. We have had less than perfect cooks. Mike

I get te temp up to about 500-600. Cut a heart of romaine in half lengthwise, lightly oil it with olive oil. Grill it on each side for a bout 60 seconds.
