Did 6lbs of drummettes for the kids-not a piece left.
Wings in Franks ,vineger,butter,chili powder and pepper flakes.
Simmered on Egg at 350-45 min
Seasoned w/dry ranch and smoked for 45 min w/cherry wood
Dinner time

Great idea there. I'm going to try that as my grandson always wants ribs and usually I end up deep frying the wings and taking my LDL to new heights.

It usually depends on who is eating them,my daughter likes them mild my son-hot.For hot
HOT WINGS
6 oz vineger
2 sticks butter
1 large Franks buffalo sauce(I also use Tabasco)
Red chili flakes(approx 2 tsp
3 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chili powder
