I plan to cook two 7 pound briskets. Should I expect the cook time to be that of 14 pounds or more like 7 pounds? When cooking multiple pieces is it the cumulative weight or the largest individual piece that determines cook time?

Just be sure there is some air flow between them. It may lengthen the cook time slightly, but more like the length of the largest piece and NOT cumulative
