Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

This was my first attempt doing a stuffed pork tenderloin. It was delicious and I was pleased with the results. It was seared at 550 degrees on all sides then dropped temp to 425. Pulled at 155 internal temp. Approx 55 min cooking time.
