Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

This was my first attempt doing a stuffed pork tenderloin. It was delicious and I was pleased with the results. It was seared at 550 degrees on all sides then dropped temp to 425. Pulled at 155 internal temp. Approx 55 min cooking time.

    Took the battery out of the camera, when I replced it --forgot to set the date. :ermm: :ermm:
