I was extended a challenge to cook something new...
Chicken Thighs... hee hee....
Here is everything done...
All in all, it was very good... I will do thighs again... The corn was good as always off the egg...

Anna Gee you have great looking thighs and corn!! Try basting corn with a little butter at the end and throwing back on the grid for a few minutes, turning often...WOW -

I have always been a breast guy but found thighs are great way to go on the egg. Add corn on the cobb and you have a tasty simple dinner. Nice cook.
