Got a cookoff for charity coming up, and have to do some sort of wild game. Last year we did bacon wrapped dove in jalepenos. This year was thinking of doing backstrap ground up for a meatloaf. Never have even thought about doing this. Any tips or suggestions of why not do it????

im thinking your going to need to add fat, either burger or sausage. theres alot of recipes out there on the web. i think the best veneson i had at this years ice fishing derby was a stroganofffukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

That will work perfect Richard thanks for the help. Just hope I can get it to look as good as yours. Not very good at the wild game thing. Even though we took 4th last year out of 42 teams we still just threw some dove breast in a jalepeno with some cheese and wrapped in bacon not that hard.
