A special day today. Prior to pulling some delicious ribs off the Egg for Sunday lunch, I got to go up front with Emily when she asked to be baptized.

Beef ribs are awfully good on the egg. I think I may actually prefer the beef ribs; but the cholesterol is not good for me :(
