Time on my hands waiting for it to rain in San Antonio. I think some is forecast for November. My screen saver at work is a scrolling of the "my pictures" file on my computer. Needless to say, most are shots that are Egg related. No matter how many times I've seen them, it never gets old looking at years of Egged meals. Some I've forgotten about, and some were better than others. But all were Egged, which makes them special. Here are a few of the oldies but goodies. The wierd looking pastry looking things were an attempt at Pork wellington. They were very good even though I used puff pastry sheets rather than phyllo.

Those pictures are fantastic! And all the food looks delicious!! What are stuffing your mushrooms with? They look really good. I need a good recipe for mushroom caps.

Those were fried and crumbled breakfast sausage, cream cheese, and chopped green chilies.

All of the food looks great. What did you stuff the bread with and what recipe did you use to make the bread. I'm thinking about trying to make some bread but don't want it to come out hard on top.
